What Is the EAP?
The
employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service provided for
employees who are experiencing personal or job related problems.
Professional counselors provide an initial assessment and then refer to
community resources if necessary. Personal problems with early
intervention can be helped.

Programs?
You and
your family may voluntarily use the services at any time. You are
encouraged to contact the EAP counselor whenever you are experiencing personal
problems either on or off the job. If you supervisor observes job
performance problems, you may be referred to EAP.

Call EAP?

either on a personal voluntary basis or upon referral by your supervisor.
Under the
law, all information regarding an employee's participation in the program is
strictly confidential. Additionally, no one can be advised of your
participation in the program without your written consent.
Who Will Pay For These
Services?

Jeopardized By the EAP?
